Act relating to questioned ballots and questioned voters, voter                                     
registration, training of election officials, preparation of election                               
materials, provision of election materials, forms, and supplies for                                 
polling places, voter identification, absentee voting, and counting                                 
ballots; and providing for an effective date" was not taken up this                                 
legislative day and the bill was signed by the President and the                                    
Secretary and returned to the House.
